Refund policy

We offer an 11-day exchange or return policy, applicable from the date you receive your item. Below are the details of our policy:

 

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt.
• Important Note: We do not issue refunds for reasons such as the customer not liking the product. Instead, we provide the option for an exchange.

 

Exchanges

• Exchanges can only be processed at our showroom.
• The customer is responsible for bringing the item to the showroom or couriering it to us at their own expense.
• We will ship the exchanged product back to you, and a courier charge will apply.
• Products on offer / discounts are not eligible for exchanges.

General Guidelines

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• Please include the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating an exchange or return.
